Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Expert, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the platform for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions using
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of internal needs and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements
- Implement and configure based on internal specifications
- Train staff on how to effectively use and provide ongoing support
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the platform
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with our team to develop best practices and processes for using
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide timely updates on project progress
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working with
- Proven track record of successfully implementing for clients
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken)
Contract Details:
- Freelance position, 20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
- Remote work
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications
