PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- Actuar como Chief of Staff, asegurando seguimiento de acciones, gobernanza ejecutiva y visibilidad de temas prioritarios para LT. (Calendar management, seguimiento de minutas de sesiones, evento coordinator).
- Dar seguimiento estructurado en procesos al funnel de innovación, garantizando alineación de templates, cumplimiento de etapas y presentaciones.
- Gestión integral de proyectos estratégicos transversales end to end (transformación, innovación, eficiencia, etc).
- Gestionar la complejidad y conectar prioridades con procesos clave del negocio.
- Documentar, estandarizar y mejorar procesos críticos de negocio con foco en eficiencia y agilidad como CSO, S&OP.
- Apoyar los ciclos de planificación estratégica anual (como Plan 2025), facilitando sesiones, consolidando insumos y asegurando la alineación.
¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?
Experiencia
- Profesional Universitario en Administración de marketing, economía, administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial, afines.
- Maestría en administración de empresas, marketing o alta gerencia (deseable).
- Experiencia en análisis de datos.
Habilidades
- Manejo del paquete de office, en especial con un Excel y Power BI avanzado.
- Inglés Avanzado.
