Job description:

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (English + Portuguese)

Location: Remote – Latin America (Brazil and other Portuguese-speaking regions)

Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ~$500 - $1000/month base + performance incentives

About Eazybe: We're an innovative Indian SaaS company that integrates WhatsApp with HubSpot, streamlining sales communication and boosting productivity. We're expanding in Portuguese-speaking markets and need a dynamic SDR to drive outbound efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify & prospect decision-makers at companies (100+ employees) using HubSpot via tools like and Lusha.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls via VOIP, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp).
  • Qualify leads and schedule demos/meetings for our sales team.
  • Log all activities and update lead information in HubSpot.
  • Gather market insights and provide feedback to improve strategies.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in 
    Portuguese & English
     &
    spanish
    (written & verbal).
  • Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead qualification (SDR or inside sales background preferred).
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) and sales tools , Lusha).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adept at working remotely.
