What you'll do
- Perform and oversee maintenance of HVAC systems in kitchens, restaurants or commercial facilities.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor electrical, plumbing and structural repairs.
- Manage contractors and vendors to ensure all maintenance, custodial, and TI work meets high-quality standards.
- Handle cost administration, budget management, and P&L responsibilities for facility operations.
- Monitor compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and building/health requirements.
- Maintain facility systems to minimize downtime and oversee preventative maintenance programs.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience with HVAC systems in commercial kitchens, restaurants, or similar environments.
- Background in electrical work, equipment repair, or building systems.
- Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and P&L oversight.
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience; 3–5 years in domain experience (property management, F&B, hospitality, malls, hotels).
- Ability to manage vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain high operational standards.
- Strong understanding of facility maintenance operations and safety requirements.
- Flexibility to travel (RJ-BH)
- English proficiency
