Responsabilidades del puesto.

  • Definir el Desarrollo de Plan para los Estándares Globales con su región
  • Soportar actividades de RFQ para nuevos Programas, Clientes y adquisiciones, recolectar costos de manufactura (inversión, tac-times etc.) adquiriendo los estándares Globales
  • Alinear conceptos de producción y de RFQ con los estándares Globales de Core ME
  • Recolectar lecciones aprendidas de los lanzamientos en las plantas y comunicarlos Globalmente,
  • Comunicar Finalmente los KPI de las nuevas líneas Globalmente
  • Asegurar el entrenamiento correcto/información a planta de ME/y de procesos de ingeniería acerca de los estándares Globales especialmente para las nuevas revisiones
  • Asegurar el entrenamiento correcto y tecnológico de los procesos de manufactura a los ingenieros Clave que están trabajando con su grupo
  • Supervisar la instalación correcta de la implementación de los estándares.
  • Asignar trabajos o actividades y dar soporte al personal a su cargo en caso de que exista alguna duda con respecto a la actividad o trabajo a realizar.
  • Participar en la validación de la maquinaria.
  • Asegurarse de cumplir con los requisitos y las características especiales solicitadas por el cliente.
  • Cumplir con los requisitos de la norma IATF 16949.

Nivel de educación:



Licenciatura



Especialidad deseable:



Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Mecánica-Eléctrica, Electrónica, Electrónica y de Control, Ingeniería de Diseño.



Experiencia:



3 años de experiencia como mínimo en procesos de diseño y/o automatización.



Conocimientos específicos:



Electrónica, Eléctrica, Programación de PLC´s / HMI's, Adquisición de Datos, Neumática, Coaching, Solid Works, Hidráulica, Evaluación de Riesgos.



Idiomas:



Inglés Intermedio (comprensión y lecturas técnicas).
