Industry Technology Specialist II (ITS-II)

Location: Araucária-PR or Valinhos-SP, Brazil

Travel: Up to 75% (domestic and international)

About the Role: We are seeking an Industry Technology Specialist to join our Technical Services team, supporting customers in the Starch, Distilling, and Sugarcane segments. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and project leadership to deliver innovative solutions that drive value for our clients and the business.

Key Responsibilities (Prioritized):

• Resolve Complex Customer Issues – Provide advanced technical support to address customer challenges, ensuring process optimization and operational excellence.

• Lead Regional Technical Service Projects – Plan and execute technical projects aligned with business objectives across Starch, Distilling, and Sugarcane industries.

• Drive Customer-Focused Technical Activities – Coordinate technical initiatives with clients and partners, support identification and qualification of new opportunities.

• Coordinate Laboratory Work – Perform and oversee lab activities, adapting methods and procedures to meet customer and project needs.

• Contribute to Technical Innovation – Stay ahead of industry trends, develop new ideas, and support scientific contributions such as articles or patents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry) with 4+ years of experience in technical services or process optimization.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic and international).
