Engenheiro(a) Júnior
para integrar o time de pós-vendas, prestando suporte técnico especializado aos clientes, garantindo alto nível de serviço e fortalecendo o relacionamento com sua carteira.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Prestar suporte técnico especializado a clientes e equipes internas, realizando testes, manutenções preventivas e solucionando dúvidas ou problemas técnicos.
  • Executar atividades de troubleshooting avançado, análise de causa raiz e otimização de processos.
  • Realizar visitas técnicas e, quando necessário, atender demandas em campo ou embarcado.
  • Treinar clientes e/ou outros engenheiros de serviço em processos, aplicações e funcionalidades avançadas dos produtos.
  • Preparar e conduzir trabalhos de serviço de acordo com os padrões internos da empresa.
  • Elaborar relatórios de serviço, registrar informações em sistemas e acompanhar as ações acordadas com os clientes.
  • Sugerir proativamente melhorias, upgrades e soluções que agreguem valor ao cliente.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Mecânica, de Produção ou Elétrica.
  • Experiência prévia em setores como Óleo & Gás, automotivo, farmacêutico ou industrial.
  • Inglês avançado.
  • Disponibilidade para eventuais viagens ou embarques.
