Procurement Manager

Location: Hybrid position in Sao Paulo (Av Paulista)

Employment Type:    Full-time

Job Summary

The ideal Procurement Manager will bring experience in iGaming, fintech, services, and tools implementation, with the added advantage of having previously developed projects or processes from the ground up. The role involves working in an evolving environment where foundational structures and tools (such as Asana) may still need to be established. Candidates who require highly predefined processes or a fully structured framework may find this setting less suitable.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Structure and optimize the strategic procurement process:

Develop and implement procurement policies that ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance (B3, Central Bank, LGPD), and cost control across all company purchases.

2.    Negotiate contracts with key vendors:

Lead negotiations with technology, marketing, KYC, payment, and operations suppliers to maximize value, minimize contractual risks, and secure SLAs aligned with business goals.

3.    Manage the full vendor lifecycle:

Build and maintain a supplier performance management system to ensure reliability, quality, and risk mitigation across all critical partnerships.

4.   Ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations and internal policies:

Oversee procurement activities to guarantee full adherence to local laws, tax requirements, and corporate governance standards, maintaining transparent and auditable processes.

5.   Reduce costs and optimize operational budgets:

Partner with Finance and Operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and design sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, and delivery speed

Requirements

●     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

●     Ideally 10+ years of experience in procurement or related functions with minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, preferably within tech, fintech, or iGaming environments.

●     Strong knowledge of international contracting, compliance, and vendor due diligence.

●     Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.

●     Analytical mindset, results-oriented, and strong negotiation skills.

●     Professional maturity and drive to manage a high-impact project effectively.

●     Ability to bring energy and adaptability required in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

●     Proven experience with audits.

●     Inventory management expertise.

●     Solid understanding of team and departmental KPIs.
