Are you an eager developer ready to grow your career in backend or Full stack development? We're looking for passionate Software Development Engineers who are excited to design, develop, deploy, and maintain software features.

In this role, you will join our dynamic Product & Tech Team, reporting to the Engineering Manager, and take ownership of middle-complexity software components throughout the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You'll have the opportunity to build your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and collaborate closely with experienced engineers.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver well-defined, moderately complex features as per specifications.
• Debug and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Design and implement new features and bug fixes.
• Write clean, scalable, and reusable code, adhering to best practices.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to feature delivery.
• Act as the initial on-call responder and maintain awareness of the entire story lifecycle.

Qualifications
Qualifications

• Experience in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture).
• Advanced problem-solving skills in distributed architectures.
• Proficiency in object-oriented design, design patterns, and software development principles.
• Strong skills in algorithms, data structures, and database concepts (SQL).
• Ability to integrate APIs and use tools like Swagger for documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile Development principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Competence in debugging, version control, and software testing.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and CI/CD automation.
• Skills in scripting and process automation.
• Strong command of the English language as this is a global role
• Ability to work x2 days a week in Sao Paulo
