About the Role We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who will become a strategic partner to the CEO and take full ownership of the marketing function.You will be the key person responsible for building the marketing strategy, managing the team, and driving company growth.Key Areas of ResponsibilityCross-functional marketing team leadershipManage a team of SMM specialists, media buyers, email marketers, and content creatorsCreate clear briefs and tasks for designers and copywritersCoordinate workflows between Marketing ? ProductEnsure quality and timely execution across all marketing activitiesContent strategy & productionDevelop and oversee the content strategy across all channelsLead the creation of client case studies (we have 100+ success stories)Adapt marketing and educational content for new markets (EU, US)Maintain a consistent tone of voice and content qualityGrowth & lead generationPlan and host webinars and educational eventsLaunch email sequences, tripwires, and marketing funnelsSet up chatbot automation flows (Telegram, website)Build partnerships and collaborations to scale lead generationAnalytics & optimizationTrack channel performance, CAC, CPL, and funnel metricsCalculate campaign ROI and conversion improvementsOptimize active campaigns to improve CAC, LTV and retentionBuild and refine CJMs and conversion funnelsContext & ChallengesCurrent situation:Marketing team exists, but execution lacks consistency — we need a systemSales launched in Europe (Finland, Germany) — marketing needs localizationSales launched for English-speaking U.S. audiences — marketing must adaptWe have 100+ client case studies and podcast episodes ready for marketing useChallenges you will help solve:ContentNo consistent content production frameworkClient case studies are produced irregularlyNeed adaptation for new marketsContent quality must be stabilized and elevatedProcessesTeam accountability and task ownership must be improvedNeed transparent metric tracking for optimizationNo unified coordination between Marketing ? SalesScalingGrowth goal: 3× in 6 monthsExpansion into new markets (Finland, Germany)Strengthening position in the U.S.Channel diversification and testingWhat You Will DoStrategy & Leadership (30%)Build quarterly / monthly / weekly marketing plansManage and mentor SMM, email, and paid traffic teamsWrite briefs and task descriptions for creatives and specialistsRun regular syncs with team and stakeholdersPrioritize initiatives and ensure deadlines are metContent & Creative (25%)Develop content strategy for SMM, email, webinars, landing pagesLead the production of case studies and educational contentWork with designers and copywriters: briefs, quality reviewAdapt content for different audiences and marketsMaintain a unified tone of voiceLead Generation & Funnels (25%)Plan and execute webinars end-to-endLaunch email campaigns, tripwires, and automated funnelsBuild and optimize chatbot logic and conversion flowsDevelop partnerships, media placements, and collaborationsBuild CJMs and warming funnelsAnalytics & Optimization (20%)Analyze key metrics (CAC, CPL, conversions, ROI)Produce channel and campaign performance reportsOptimize existing marketing activities based on dataTest new channels and hypothesesWork with analytics tools (GA, CRM, marketing platforms)RequirementsMust HaveExperience in EdTech or SaaS — 2+ yearsStrong understanding of how educational/SaaS funnels workB2C marketing experience in career/learning segmentsExperience with performance metrics and ROI-oriented marketingHigh-growth startup experienceAbility to work in a fast-changing environmentSkilled in prioritization and multitaskingExperience contributing to 2x–3x growthMarketing team management — 1+ yearAbility to assign and brief tasks clearlyCoordination of cross-functional stakeholdersDelegation and performance oversightTools & technical marketing skillsEmail marketing (Klaviyo, SendGrid, or similar)Chatbots and automation funnelsAnalytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel)SMM + paid advertising experienceWebflow / Figma / Notion for content collaborationCJM & funnel expertiseExperience designing customer journey mapsBuilding content-based nurturing funnelsUnderstanding of CAC, LTV, ROMI, conversion metricsStrong PlusExperience running webinars and online eventsCopywriting and editing skillsKnowledge of U.S./EU job marketsExperience using LinkedIn for lead generationBackground in mission-driven or social impact projects
