Responsibility:1.Solve customers' technical problems and complaints promptly.2.Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems.3.Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required;Conduct Customer training.4.Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team.5.Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues.6.Other task arranged by the companyRequirements:1.Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.2.Minimum 3 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred;3.Able to use English as working language;4.Good communication skills and hard working.
