Business Intelligence AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing operational business data and transforming it into meaningful insights and actionable strategies.You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, extract and analyze data from various platforms, and create reports that provide valuable insights to support data-driven decision-making.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field/experience required.3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or similar data-focused role.Strong understanding of SQL, advanced SQL queries, data modeling concepts, and effective data structures for reporting and analysis.Key responsibilities include:Collecting and extracting data from SQL databases using advanced queries and data modeling.Utilizing data analysis techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights from complex datasets.Developing reports to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.Working closely with business stakeholders to understand and identify business needs and document reporting requirements.Required Skills:SQL QueriesMySQLSQL ServerPostgreSQLPower BITableauBI AnalysisData Visualization & ReportingBusiness PresentationsStakeholder Management & CommunicationPython (a plus)Job Requirements:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with data visualization tools and technologies.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary and benefits package.
