Job Core Responsibilities Script Development: fufill requirements from AI process script designer to design corresponding script content and strategies, such as stress, tone, and timbre.
Script Expansion and Translation: Translate and adapt scripts and tags used by AI robots, including the expansion of specific expressions to fit local linguistic nuances.
Project Management: Coordinate with recorders to ensure timely delivery of recordings Recorder Training: Organize regular training sessions for recorders to improve their recording skills.
Testing: Assist in pre-launch product testing for acceptance and conduct basic troubleshooting.
Quality Inspection: Assist in quality inspections before and after the AI deployment.
AI Product Expert (Local Script Designer) Core Qualifications Language Proficiency: Native-level Brazil Portuguese, fluent in English, a Brazilian.
Industry Experience: At least 1 year of experience in marketing, collections, or customer service roles within local financial sectors call center such as banking, lending, non-banking financial institutions, or insurance (FSI).
Over 1 year of experience working with financial service companies, with a preference for candidates who have served in SaaS companies and have experience in AI data analysis and developing scripts and workflows for AI voice robots.
Benchmark companies include Advance AI, WIZ, AIRudder, etc.
Years of experience in customer service centers, experience in telemarketing or copywriting is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, coordination, adaptability, and logical thinking skills, language structuring skills and basic writing skill.
