Real Estate Virtual Assistant (U.S. Real Estate Experience Required) Company: VirtuAll VA Location: Centro, Rio de Janeiro Employment Type: Full-Time About VirtuAll VA VirtuAll VA provides high-quality virtual assistant services to real estate professionals and property management firms across the United States. We support brokers, agents, and operators by handling critical day-to-day operations so they can focus on growth, client relationships, and deal execution. We are currently expanding our real estate division and are looking for experienced Virtual Assistants who understand how U.S. real estate works and can operate confidently in fast-paced environments. Role Overview As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will support U.S.-based real estate teams with administrative, operational, and transaction-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who already understands U.S. real estate terminology, workflows, and client expectations.
