This role provides vital administrative and organizational support for the company's vehicle fleet. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our trucks are well-maintained, compliant, and operating smoothly.This is a remote position that requires ongoing communication and collaboration with truck terminal managers in Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.Ideal ProfileKey ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.Track and update vehicle maintenance records using Fleetio, our cloud-based fleet management platform.Process and verify invoices, work orders, and vendor documentation.Maintain and manage parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.Support terminal managers and drivers with maintenance-related requests.Ensure regulatory compliance for fleet operations, including safety inspections and documentation.Prepare and deliver reports on fleet maintenance costs, trends, and performance.Collaborate with vendors, garages, and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues promptly.Communicate effectively with internal teams via Slack.QualificationsPrevious administrative experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics preferred.Strong organizational and data entry skills with high attention to detail.Familiarity with Fleetio or similar fleet management platforms (asset, but training provided).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to collaborate remotely with multiple teams across provinces.Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.Why Join Automoves?Be part of a growing logistics company with a strong reputation across Canada.Remote-first culture with collaborative teamwork.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunity to make a measurable impact on fleet operations and efficiency.What's on Offer?Excellent career development opportunitiesFlexible working optionsGreat work environment
