Our team is responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent.The Talent Operations Specialist will play a key role in this process, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver timely and accurate operational support.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.We are looking for an individual who can execute while challenging the status quo, automatizing repeatable processes, streamlining workflows, and improving candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Operational Execution: Manage all candidate-related operational steps, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates via email, WhatsApp, and phone, negotiating rates, and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions.Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates and handoffs through shared documents, chat channels, and meetings, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, driving data-driven decisions.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience, reducing administrative burdens.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Manage large candidate pipelines daily by prioritizing tasks and coordinating with stakeholders, maximizing efficiency and productivity.Organization & Documentation: Maintain structured spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and continuity.Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to company policies and process playbooks, mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Adaptability & Collaboration: Operate effectively in dynamic environments by switching contexts seamlessly, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
