The Transportation I position supervises daily activities of customer transportation management, including data entry, carrier selection, shipment quotes, shipment tracking, and customer support.
He/She supports business development and new customer implementations.
This position assists with managing carriers and service providers.
He/She supports quality assurance objectives and promotes customer satisfaction.
This position supervises administrative assistants.
