About our organizationOur company is a leading global manufacturer of computer hardware founded in ****.We are known for our award-winning PC components, including cases, power supplies, cooling solutions, and accessories.In addition to retail product lines, we serve as an OEM partner to major technology brands worldwide.We have grown steadily through a strong focus on innovation, design, and user-driven product development.Our headquarters is located in Taipei, and we operate manufacturing facilities in China with regional offices across the globe.Job OverviewAs a Public Relations Manager, you will lead public relations for Latin America (LATAM) to elevate our visibility across key markets such as Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Chile.You'll manage PR execution for launches and ongoing brand activations—aligning local media, translating technical information into engaging stories, and ensuring consistent communication with global and regional marketing teams.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop Regional PR Strategy – Create and execute the regional PR calendar and embargo plan; ensure alignment with global launches and LATAM sales priorities.Cultivate Media Relationships – Build strong connections with top-tier tech and gaming editors, reviewers, and influencers across Portuguese and Spanish-speaking markets.Host Press Events – Lead virtual and local events; manage press lists, invitations, materials, and post-event follow-ups.Coordinate Product Reviews – Manage the sample allocation, delivery, and follow-up process with regional media outlets.Partner Collaboration – Drive joint PR opportunities with distributors, e-commerce partners, and brand collaborators.Content Localization – Adapt global press materials for LATAM audiences to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy.Track Performance – Monitor press coverage, analyze media performance metrics, and deliver post-launch summaries.Maintain Compliance – Ensure consistent application of embargoes, NDA terms, and authorized content usage.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.Experience: 5–8+ years in tech, consumer electronics, or gaming PR across LATAM.Proven track record in media relations and launch management.Regional Expertise:Strong understanding of LATAM media ecosystem and regional communication styles.Existing relationships with major tech and gaming outlets.Language Skills:Fluent in English and either Portuguese or Spanish (bilingual proficiency preferred).Execution & Measurement:Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple launches.Familiarity with PR metrics such as share of voice and media reach.You are a proactive communicator with high accountability and attention to detail.You are skilled at relationship-building across diverse markets and cultures.You are confident managing embargoes, timelines, and media expectations.You are adaptable and independent, yet collaborative with global teammates.
