Manufacturing Manager

Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage manufacturing operations, overseeing both direct and indirect production areas, setting priorities, ensuring safe and efficient work execution, and guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, TPM, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices.• Drive operational excellence by analyzing production reports, managing budgets and investments, and enhancing OEE through improved operational performance, equipment reliability, and high-quality standards, while achieving cost efficiency.• Develop and empower teams by coordinating training, performance evaluations, and feedback, acting as a mentor and facilitator to remove barriers, allocate resources, and achieve strategic goals within deadlines and budgets.• Represent and support the organization in Global Product Line initiatives, union negotiations, and cross-functional projects, fostering continuous improvement, collaboration, and long-term business sustainability.• Act as a transformation agent, seeking technological and control innovations and best market practices through internal and external benchmarking.Requirements & Competencies:• Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering); postgraduate degree desired.Advanced English is essential; Spanish will be considered an asset.• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools, TPM, and 5S; additional skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings.• Leadership & Execution: Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and execute responsibly; ensures business commitments are met through sound decision-making, continuous improvement focus, and effective performance management.• Global Vision & People: Customer-oriented leader with a global mindset, capable of inspiring, developing, and engaging teams; fosters innovation, builds trust, and promotes collaboration to drive organizational success.
