Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company and its success has been a result of its entrepreneurial spirit and long history of private ownership.Does that sound interesting to you?As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Short DescriptionWe are hiring for this position, with work locations in Sorocaba (Brazil) or Puebla (Mexico), depending on the candidate's location.Your Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand & document business requirementsInitiate and support required change managementDevelop functional specifications from business requirementsDevelop, document, implement and present new solutionsCustomize & Implement configurable SAP software solutionsDesign & Support integration of legacy & 3rd party software applications with SAPSupport and optimize existing solutionsProvide operational support (tickets/RFSs)Provide Project Support (Projects/RFCs)Provide Training to key usersYour QualificationsFour year degree in Information Technology or Business discipline or equivalent business experience4+ years of experience in an SAP project and/or support environmentR/3 – mandatoryS/4 – preferredStrong Technical Capability in respective SAP competencyDebug ability – must haveABAP Development – PreferredUI5 Development – PreferredPossesses Functional Knowledge in manufacturing processes (automotive & industrial experience preferred) and system knowledge in areas related to SAP IM, WM, EWM and other logistic processesPossesses experience in inbound, internal, outbound logistics operations of warehouses including handling unit and container management processesAbility to configure and customize SAP systems including ECC LE/WM, EWM and embedded EWM systemRemoval and put away strategies, warehouse capacity managementSAP Kanban and WM replenishmentStrong knowledge of SAP physical inventory and business processes, barcode Standards and Output controlExperience with setup, usage and troubleshooting of Radio Frequency (RF) devices, Barcode Scanners, ITS Mobile, RF queues as well as programs and menus for WM operationsKnowledge in other SAP Logistics Modules like MM, SD, QM and PP modules and their integrationDemonstrates an analytical/methodical/structured approach in daily workExecutes tasks reliablyThrives in continuous improvement environmentQualifies as effective Project Team PlayerSoft Skills: Planning, Organizational, Cultural sensitivity, Communication, Facilitation, and Problem solvingOpen to communicate consistently with business during business process discussion, requirement gather and solution implementation phaseMasters productivity suites, such as Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and JIRAAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.By appreciating our differences, we inspire creativity and drive innovation.In this way, we contribute to sustainable value creation for our stakeholders and society as a whole.Together, we advance how the world moves.Exciting assignments and outstanding development opportunities await you because we impact the future with innovation.We look forward to your application.Your contactRegina Vierna Keywords: Experienced; Engineer; Full-Time; Unlimited; Digitalization & Information Technology;
