A EmpresaGrupo nacional de grande porte atuante em logística para comércio exterior.Descrição da vaga Apoiar a estruturação e padronização da gestão de projetos de TI, seguindo boas práticas (PMBOK, Ágil, Híbrido);Monitorar o portfólio de projetos, controlando prazos, custos, escopo, riscos e indicadores de performance (KPIs);Atuar como elo entre áreas de negócio e o time de TI, garantindo alinhamento de expectativas e prioridades;Participar da definição de cronogramas, roadmaps e alocação de recursos;Consolidar relatórios executivos, status reports e apresentações para comitês de projeto;Apoiar na gestão de fornecedores e parceiros envolvidos nas entregas de tecnologia;Promover a melhoria contínua dos processos de gestão de projetos;Garantir que os projetos estejam alinhados com os objetivos estratégicos da companhia;Modelo de trabalho presencial.Perfil desejadoFormação superior em Administração, Engenharia, TI ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento de metodologias de gestão de projetos (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe);Vivência com projetos voltados a área de TI;Boa comunicação interpessoal e habilidade de atuação com múltiplas áreas;Organização, proatividade e foco em resultados.
