We are committed to continuous improvement and sustainability, investing heavily in research and development to drive the industry forward.About the job:The Quality Analiyst will support the Quality Assurance team in our MRO facility, specializing in landing gear maintenance, repair, and overhaul. Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Auditor is responsible for performing audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with aviation regulations, internal procedures, and customer requirements.Audit & Compliance:Conduct scheduled and unscheduledinternal auditsin accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and regulatory standards (e.g., FAA, EASA, ANAC).Evaluate compliance of processes related to landing gear disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, and testing.Assist in preparing for and supportingexternal audits(regulatory and customer).Inspection Oversight:Review work orders, inspection records, and traceability documentation for accuracy and completeness.Observe and assess maintenance activities for conformity to procedures and applicable standards.Verify proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Non-Conformance Management:Identify and documentnon-conformances (NCRs)during audits or inspections.Assist in root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective action implementation.Track and report audit findings and trends to the Quality Assurance Manager.Documentation & Records:Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and findings.Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory, customer, and company requirements.Participate in the continuous improvement of procedures and forms used in the QA function.Training & Communication:Support ongoing quality awareness and training initiatives within the facility.Communicate findings professionally and constructively to relevant departments and personnel.Control technical training and training documentation for regulatory agencies and documentsPromote a culture of safety, quality, and compliance.Work Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in MRO, preferably with aviation.Experience in auditing, inspection, or quality control in an FAA or EASA-regulated environment.Educational:High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance, Quality, or Engineering is a plus.Technical Skills:Working knowledge of aviation quality standards and regulatory requirements.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Effective written and verbal communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QMS-related software systems.Ability to work independently and maintain objectivity in audits.Full Time in Galeão - RJ.
