Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to lead monitoring initiatives and drive best practices in observability.This role involves working on international projects, collaborating with application teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end monitoring solutions.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Datadog, advanced knowledge of APM and Log Ingestion, and strong background in incident management.Lead end-to-end monitoring projectsIdentify and resolve monitoring gaps and performance issuesStandardize tagging and continuously improve monitoring processesRequired Skills & QualificationsTo succeed in this role, the following skills and qualifications are essential:Datadog CertificationCertified in Datadog demonstrating formal expertiseMinimum 5 years actively working with DatadogTechnical Expertise in APM and Log IngestionProficient in Terraform, Python, and container orchestration toolsStrong background in incident management and familiarity with cost optimization strategiesProfessional AttributesThe successful candidate will possess the following professional attributes:Proactive mindset with leadership qualitiesA self-starter who can independently resolve issues and manage projectsStrong English communication skills and teamwork capabilitiesThis role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
