Job Description — Microsoft MAUI DeveloperDevelopros is partnering with a U.S. technology team to add a Microsoft MAUI Developer who can contribute to a modern cross-platform application used by thousands of customers.This role is ideal for a self-managing engineer with strong communication skills and a product mindset.You'll work in real time with a U.S. team, shaping both the technical direction and the user experience.Role OverviewYou will design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile / desktop applications using .NET MAUI.The ideal candidate brings strong fundamentals in C#, architectural thinking, and an ability to collaborate closely with product and design.We're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and naturally contributes to team alignment and momentum.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality mobile and desktop applications using .NET MAUI.Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams in real time (EST / PST overlap).Implement clean architecture, maintainable code, and scalable patterns.Integrate REST APIs, authentication flows, and cloud services (Azure preferred).Build UI components with a focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience.Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and contribute to continuous improvement.Participate in code reviews, sprint rituals, and product planning discussions.Required Skills & Experience3+ years of experience with C# / .NET development.Hands-on experience with MAUI, Xamarin, or other cross-platform frameworks.Strong understanding of MVVM patterns and reactive architectures.Experience integrating APIs and working with cloud platforms (Azure is a plus).Solid understanding of mobile / desktop lifecycle, memory management, and performance optimization.Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating directly with U.S. stakeholders.Strong English communication, emotional intelligence, and proactive ownership.Nice to HaveExperience with CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).Background in UI / UX collaboration or component design.Experience with push notifications, offline sync, or advanced mobile capabilities.Familiarity with analytics tools and instrumentation.What Makes This Opportunity UniqueJoining through Developros means working with a partner that prioritizes team chemistry, long-term alignment, and human-centered collaboration.Our developers operate as trusted extensions of U.S. teams — not outsourced executors.You'll work with leaders who value initiative, clarity, and craftsmanship.#J-*****-Ljbffr
