Commercial Growth ManagerWe're seeking a skilled Commercial Growth Manager to join our team.As a key player in driving business expansion, you will be responsible for developing strategic operator relationships and expanding existing accounts.The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of B2B sales experience in the sports betting industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is strongly preferred, as is experience running a SaaS sales process independently.Key responsibilities include:Managing the full sales cycle with clients, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.Developing a balanced pipeline by sourcing outbound opportunities and converting inbound leads.Expanding our presence in Central and South America through strategic partnerships and account management.Delivering clear, compelling presentations to clients at all levels of an organization.Listening actively to client needs and translating those into actionable feedback for the product and engineering teams.Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with credibility in conversations with senior operator stakeholders.Proficiency in CRMs and the ability to build and present proposals are also essential.As a self-starter who thrives in high-growth, unstructured environments, you will be able to navigate complex sales cycles and prioritize opportunities effectively.
