Job Title: Indirect Tax ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and proactive tax professional to support our tax compliance and audit activities in Brazil.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Brazilian tax legislation, excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage indirect taxes, ensure compliance with current legislation and optimize the tax burden;Prepare and file accurate tax returns (direct and indirect taxes), including PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ISS, etc.;Monitor tax compliance processes and collaborate with internal accounting and finance teams;Manage federal, state, and municipal tax audits, including documentation coordination and liaison with auditors and tax authorities;Assess business impacts from changes in Brazilian tax legislation and provide recommendations for compliance.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong understanding of Brazilian tax legislation;Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English;Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;Proactive and experienced tax professional.
