Here you will work with thebest in class global teams, earn acompetitive salaryand contribute to the largest digital transformations happening around the world.Netcracker Technology is looking to hire a Principal Software Engineer to join our growing company This role will be based out of Campinas or Sao Paolo and will be part of our Implementation Engineering department.Principal Duties And ResponsibilitiesGuide team development efforts towards successful implementation of required featuresProvide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentor-shipMaintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habitsCollaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design,develop, test, and maintain server applications and databasesPrepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance ofsoftwareIdentify and document requirements for software capabilities required to operate software after production deploymentDesign, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with the functional and non-functional requirementsParticipate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related codePackage and support deployment of releasesAnalyze and resolve technical problemsDevelop tools to apply data fixes and execute data updates before and after release deploymentAssess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale toshare with team members and other affected partiesProvide third-level support to business usersExperience And RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience as a software developer and minimum 1 year on lead roleKnowledge of Golang and Java/C++ as a secondary skillEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field"All of our job opportunities in Brazil are open to people with disabilities (PWDs)"/ "Todas as nossas oportunidades de vagas no Brasil são abertas a pessoas com deficiência (PCDs)"Who is Netcracker Technology?
