We're HiringMaterials and Production Planning Specialist Conosur At Envu, we partner with our customers to design world-class, forward-thinking innovations that protect and enhance the health of environments around the world.We offer dedicated services in: Professional Pest Management, Forestry, Ornamentals, Golf, Industrial Vegetation Management, Lawn & Landscape, Mosquito Management, and Range & Pasture.Envu brings together a broad range of perspectives to look beyond chemistry and dare to explore new paths forward.Guided by our inclusive culture, we embrace change and flexibility, tackling our customers' toughest challenges proactively, passionately and with an entrepreneurial spirit.We pursue our ambitions collaboratively because we know that a unified and empowered team is an unstoppable force, allowing us to achieve our vision of healthy environments for everyone, everywhere.Join Us.Envu is proud to be Great Place to Work Certified in the U.S., France and India (June **** – June ****) FUNCTION : Materials and Production Planning Specialist Conosur LOCATION : São Paulo / Brazil JOB TYPE : Permanent ROLE SENIORITY : Managerial GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: Coordinates production with tollers, ensuring alignment with the sales plan, efficient execution, and resolution of conflicts and delays.Plans and manages the availability of materials and active ingredients (AI), executing MRP calculations, purchasing, and logistics coordination with suppliers.Monitors inventory levels, intercompany transfers, and toller performance, supporting continuous improvement in collaboration with supply chain and procurement teams.YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Owns toller coordination, ensuring production scheduling aligns with sales plan and demand priorities while maintaining adherence to frozen periods and committed production slots Coordinates daily/weekly production plans with tollers, ensuring smooth execution by tracking output, resolving scheduling conflicts, and mitigating production delays.Works closely with the senior supply and planning specialist to align production priorities.Monitors production execution, proactively identifying and addressing issues related to toller capacity, material shortages, or unexpected disruptions.Escalates unresolved risks to supply planning and procurement teams.Owns material planning, ensures material availability of AI, co-formulants, and packaging readiness for planned production runs.Collaborates with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.Tracks and reports toller inventory levels, working with the Inventory Manager to identify potential shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies at toller sites.Feeds production output data into ERP systems, ensuring visibility of completed batches and enabling accurate intercompany transfer orders, stock movements, and replenishment planning.Collaborates with Logistics & Distribution, ensuring timely execution of intercompany transfers for finished goods and AI.Aligns outbound logistics, transportation planning, and carrier coordination to facilitate seamless material movement.Provides input on toller performance, tracking adherence to schedules, production efficiency, and issue resolution.Supports continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with supply planning and procurement teams.Runs MRP calculations daily/weekly, ensuring accurate material replenishment by validating planning parameters such as lead times, order quantities, and safety stock.Drives improvement in planning accuracy by refining MRP parameters based on supply performance.Updates MRP with supplier feedback, incorporating changes in lead times, production constraints, and delivery schedules to ensure material availability.Works closely with suppliers to proactively adjust for potential delays and optimize material flow.Manages procurement execution, creating and tracking purchase orders for direct materials and AI.Communicates material requirements to suppliers, validating availability against forecasts and ensuring timely deliveries.Coordinates material and AI call-offs, ensuring timely deliveries from suppliers while optimizing logistics flows in collaboration with Distribution & Logistics.Monitors transportation lead times and ensure alignment with toller production schedules.Acts as secondary support as senior supply and planning specialist in Conosur and Brazil according to the business needs.ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?Main requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration or related fields; APICS certification strongly recommended; Post-graduation is desired; Project Management skills; 3+ years cumulative experience in Supply Chain Planning & Tollers; Inventory Management; Key competencies | Customer Focus, Teamwork, Drives Results, Analytics, Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving;
