Cloud & Systems Architect (Hands-on) Local: Barueri - São Paulo - Brasil Presencial/Híbrido Empresa: Huge Networks A Huge Networks é líder em segurança de redes, Anti-DDoS, infraestrutura crítica e cloud de alta performance para clientes enterprise, ISPs e grandes operações digitais.Nosso ambiente é altamente técnico, distribuído, resiliente e movido por eficiência e performance.Buscamos um(a) Cloud & Systems Architect (Hands-on)— profissional sênior, com visão ampla de infraestrutura, cloud e sistemas distribuídos, capaz de atuar tanto no desenho arquitetural quanto na operação avançada .Responsabilidades Arquitetura & Evolução Desenhar e executar a estratégia de evolução de cloud e infraestrutura.Garantir escalabilidade, resiliência, segurança e estabilidade.Definir padrões arquiteturais, governança, observabilidade e boas práticas.Criar e revisar planos de continuidade, redundância e DR. Operação Avançada (Hands-on) Atuar diretamente na operação de computação, redes, storage e virtualização.Diagnosticar e resolver problemas complexos em ambientes críticos.Implementar melhorias contínuas de desempenho e segurança.Evoluir automações, provisionamento e orquestração.Integração, Automação & DevOps Integrar infra a pipelines CI/CD e ferramentas de automação.Estruturar Infraestrutura como Código (IaC).Atuar junto aos times de DevOps e Desenvolvimento.Liderança Técnica & Colaboração Ser referência técnica e orientar engenheiros.Interagir com equipes internas e clientes enterprise.Contribuir com roadmap técnico e melhorias contínuas.Requisitos Obrigatórios Forte experiência em arquitetura e operação de cloud, virtualização e sistemas distribuídos.Domínio de infraestrutura (computação, redes, armazenamento e segurança).Experiência em ambientes de missão crítica e alta disponibilidade.Alta capacidade de troubleshooting.Perfil de autonomia, comunicação clara e liderança técnica.Experiência com métodos ágeis/DevOps.Excelente comunicação com clientes.Disponibilidade para plantão/sobreaviso.Graduação em: Ciência da Computação Engenharia da Computação Engenharia de Redes Diferenciais Experiência com multi-datacenter ou multi-tenant.Vivência com segurança, performance e alta escala.Experiência em ISPs, cloud providers ou operações 24/7.Inglês (Espanhol é diferencial).Por que essa vaga é especial?Impacto real em ambientes críticos.Decisões arquiteturais estratégicas no dia a dia.Liberdade técnica e baixa burocracia.Ambiente altamente técnico e colaborativo.Crescimento rápido e baseado em mérito.Benefícios Cartão Caju: R$30/dia remoto • R$62/dia presencial Saldo flexível: R$700/mês Caju+: WellHub, Conexa Saúde (física e mental), descontos em farmácia Convênio médico Amil ou Unimed (opcional), com desconto mensal de 70% do valor total do plano, em folha de pagamento, para titulares e desconto de 100% para dependentes.Vale-transporte (6% de desconto em folha) Day off de aniversário Auxílio-creche Seguro de vida Carteirinha SESC Créditos Caju sazonais: R$250 (aniversário de empresa) R$100 (aniversário de idade)
