Solutions Engineer

Pentaleap is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our team and support our Retail Media operations in the LATAM and US markets.If you are based outside of the US, you need to be able to offer your services as a freelancer in the country you are based in.You need to be able to work US East Coast time zone (EST / EDT).You will work closely with the sales and new business teams, and collaborate with our product and engineering teams, to ensure smooth integration and onboarding processes for new clients.You'll build technical partnerships with leading tech vendors to build exciting new joint capabilities which showcase Pentaleap tech.This is an ideal role for somebody with a problem-solving mindset, a passion for getting under the hood of technical systems, and great client communication skills.Your ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the sales team as a solutions/pre-sales engineer, assisting in the sell-in process by understanding and communicating the technical requirements and platform features to potential clients.Act as the main contact for prospect tech teams and oversee the integration workstream, coordinating with the Product and Engineering teams as necessary.Work in partnership with partner tech companies to create new capabilities and integrate Pentaleap tech into leading AdTech vendors.Manage the onboarding and integration processes in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.Leverage your expertise in the platform to set up and optimize settings, maximizing its performance and effectiveness.Act as a liaison between the tech team and clients/prospects, gathering and communicating requirements and needs to contribute to the product roadmap.Your profileExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.Familiarity with software integration processes and can have a technical discussion with a team of engineers.Strong technical understanding of software integrations and working with REST APIs and cloud technologies.Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience supporting sales or working as a solutions/pre-sales engineer in a technology-driven organization is preferred.Experience in Retail Media or Adtech is beneficial.Proficiency in analyzing data to answer business questions – skills with SQL, Python for data analytics or similar.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, product, engineering, and AdOps.Eagerness to stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in Retail Media technology.What We OfferWe offer full flexibility regarding your working hours and location.We work remote-first.With many international colleagues in various countries, we offer our employees access to the best thinking on three continents and learning opportunities that come from working in global contexts.The base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.We offer an annual bonus plan (average annual payout of 15% based on achieving company goals) in addition to the base salary as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered.We also offer exposure to leading national and international eCommerce companies, enabling them to drive performance globally in retail media, and the opportunity to learn about eCommerce systems built on cutting-edge tech.About UsPentaleap is leading retail media towards an open, efficient ecosystem.Its modular retail media platform delivers stellar shopping experiences, makes advertisers happy, and drives hundreds of millions in revenue for world-class retail media networks like Staples, The Home Depot and Pague Menos.#J-18808-Ljbffr
