About Our OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced professional to join our data team as a Senior SQL Developer.You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale data systems that support analytical and reporting workflows across distributed platforms.This role is ideal for someone who loves diving into complex data models, tuning performance, and transforming raw data into reliable, production-ready outputs.To succeed in this position, you'll need to have a deep understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schema, partitioning, and data lineage.Design, implement, and maintain large-scale data systems using SQL development skills.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into efficient data models.Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for large datasets in distributed environments.Monitor query performance, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure accuracy and consistency.Required Skills & Experience5–7 years of hands-on experience with advanced SQL development skills (query design, joins, CTEs, window functions).Mandatory: Proven, production-level experience with Athena and PrestoSQL.Strong understanding of data warehouses, data lakes, and distributed querying.Solid experience working with data modeling concepts (star schema, partitioning, data lineage).Experience building and validating analytical datasets and exports.BenefitsWe offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that fosters growth and innovation.As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your skills in a rapidly evolving field.We're committed to helping our employees grow and thrive in their careers, and we offer a range of benefits to support your success.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a self-driven, detail-oriented professional with a passion for data and technology.They'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and will have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
