Position Objective - Medical Manager Act as a strategic individual contributor within Medical Affairs, strengthening Eisai's scientific impact in Brazil.The Medical Manager will be responsible for leading scientific relationships with KOLs, generating relevant medical insights, and executing high-level medical strategies, with 50% of the time dedicated to field-based activities, always in a strictly non-promotional manner and in full regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities: Medical Affairs Strategic Planning Contribute to the development and implementation of the Medical Affairs strategy, aligned with business objectives.Support medical strategies throughout the product lifecycle.Contribute to therapeutic area plans, medical education initiatives, product launches, and market access activities.Scientific Engagement and Medical Leadership Act as a scientific reference within the assigned therapeutic areas.Ensure scientific excellence in internal and external interactions.Support and guide MSLs (dual functional reporting).KOL Engagement (50% Field-Based) Lead high-level scientific interactions with Key Opinion Leaders, medical societies, institutions, and other stakeholders.Strategically identify, map, and prioritize KOLs.Collect relevant medical insights to support strategic decision-making.Scientific Communication Deliver evidence-based scientific presentations.Represent Eisai at congresses, advisory boards, and scientific events.Communicate clinical data, pipeline information, and scientific evidence to HCPs.Medical and Competitive Intelligence Analyzescientific literature, clinical data, and market trends.Act as a source of medical intelligence for the organization.Advisory Boards, Education, and Training Organize and participate in advisory boards, CME activities,webinars, and roundtables Contribute to medical education programs.Support the scientific development of MSLs and internal teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Market Access, and other functions.Provide medical insights to support brand strategies and business decisions.Clinical Trials and Compliance Support investigators and clinical studies.Contribute to pharmacovigilance initiatives.Ensure full adherence to regulatory and ethical guidelines and to Eisai's Compliance Manual.Work Model Hybrid: initially more on-site for alignment purposes.Average of 3 days on-site / 2 remote, according to the schedule needs.Strong field-based activity, which may reduce office presence as the area matures.Office location: Vila Olímpia - São Paulo.Compensation and Benefits: CLT salary / Annual bonus and Benefits.Desired Behavioral Profile: Hands-on profile with a strong field presence.Autonomy, maturity, and scientific accountability.Clear, assertive, and evidence-based communication.Ability to build long-term relationships with KOLs.Genuine interest in science and patient impact.Comfort working in a build-up environment, with change and continuous learning.Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.Technical Requirements: Degree in Medicine (preferred) or Pharmacy.Previous experience in Medical Affairs (Senior MSL or Medical Manager).Strong knowledge of Evidence-Based Medicine.Experience in Neurosciences (Rare Diseases, Oncologyand Immunology, can also be considered).Postgraduate degree, Master's, or PhD are considered a plus.* Advanced / fluent English.Willingness to travel (~40%).* Based in São Paulo -SP.Global pharmaceutical company with over 80 years of history and a strong presence in R D, maintaining high scientific standards across the entire medicine value chain.In Brazil, it is undergoing a strategic phase of rebuilding and growth, with a focus on Neuroscience.The Medical Affairs area is currently being structured, offering high visibility, autonomy, and an accelerated path for professional development and growth.
