Grow with us and embody the Bayanihan spirit.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the team of pickers and other warehouse staff in daily operations.Delegate tasks to team members including pickers, checkers, weighers, packers, and routers.Oversee the entire picking process, including loose and case picks, and pre-check activities for both aircon and ambient areas.Ensure accurate picking of items, quantities, batch numbers, and handling units as per system specifications.Verify proper packing positions and labeling, including 'This Side Up' instructions, shipment labels, and license plates.Ensure accurate weighing and proper staging of items for shipment.Ensure delivery order references are correctly written on full cases.Monitor and evaluate the performance of agency-based employees.Investigate discrepancies such as missing, excess, or wrong items, and implement process improvements as needed.Train team members in pre-check, pick, and loose pick areas to minimize operational errors.Monitor pending tasks based on pre-alerts and prioritize activities accordingly.Coordinate with Inventory Management and UL-CIT group to resolve issues related to item deficits and system interface discrepancies.Report discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with supervisors and planners.Qualifications:Graduate of any 4-year course.Preferably with relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations.Knowledgeable in warehouse utilization and management.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.We are committed to providing a positive work environment, supporting your development, and fostering innovation.
