We are seeking a highly skilled AI Software Engineer to join our team.About the Role:As an AI Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge language processing systems using deep expertise in NLP and ML.You will leverage transformer models, audio processing, large-scale data pipelines, and real-world ML deployments to build scalable and production-grade technology solutions.This is a remote, full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience developing commercial software with a solid background in AI/ML, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and C#/ .NET.Key Responsibilities:Architect and maintain scalable ML-based systems focused on language processing and speech recognitionDevelop and deploy ML-powered microservices and APIs integrating tightly with cloud infrastructureTrain and fine-tune transformer-based models for tasks like audio transcription, classification, summarization, and conversational AIBuild and manage robust data pipelines for multilingual speech and text datasetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production workflows emphasizing reliability, observability, and user experienceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field3-5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/MLProficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and C#/.NET programming languagesDeep understanding of NLP and ML concepts including transformer models and audio processingFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure and data pipelinesAbout Us:Our company values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
