We are a global technology company driving innovation across devices, infrastructure, and services.Our mission is to deliver smarter technology and digital solutions that enable customers to thrive in an ever-evolving digital world.About the Role:We are seeking a Services Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our services and solutions portfolio across multiple market segments.This is a customer-facing, quota-carrying role focused on driving service attach, upsell opportunities, and long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Own regional services upsell revenue and margin targets.Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for service growth in collaboration with regional leadership.Drive business development initiatives for both traditional and digital service offerings.Negotiate contracts and pricing with B2B customers, partnering with internal legal and procurement teams.Manage ongoing business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.Develop business cases to justify new service investments.Track performance metrics and report on key business outcomes.Requirements:5–7 years of experience in the mobile, IT, or technology services industry .3–5 years of business development or sales experience.Strong understanding of technology solutions and service models.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.Fluent English; other regional languages a plus.Why Join Us:You'll be part of a dynamic, global organization committed to innovation and excellence in technology services.This role offers the opportunity to shape service strategy in a high-growth market, working with talented professionals and cutting-edge solutions.
