Material Handler

OverviewShipping Material Handler at HAT Design Works – join our team to ensure ergonomic products reach customers accurately and efficiently.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on shipping and inventory management.What You'll DoPick, package, and prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Maintain organized inventory records through cycle counts and ERP system transactions.Operate forklifts and assist in loading/unloading freight safely.Generate shipping labels and documents and verify the completeness of orders.Uphold safety standards and contribute to a clean, organized warehouse.Collaborate with production teams to meet shipping deadlines.What We're Looking ForHigh School diploma or equivalent.6 months to 1 year of experience in receiving and inventory control in a warehouse environment.Basic math and computer proficiency (Microsoft Apps, ERP systems).
Forklift (PIT Equipment) experience.Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 70 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.Why Join HAT?
