###### Main responsibilitiesActing directly in the negotiations, according to Patria's investment strategy and methodology (New Business and/or M&A).Supporting the Director in the demands arising from the negotiations.Coordinating the team's activities and contributing with expertise for the most complex analyses, while identifying risks and opportunities and facilitating the decision-making process (e.g. Investment Committees; Boards, etc.) with the recommendation of the transaction or not.Supporting the Director in the conduction of presentations of the preliminary stages of investment approval.Ensuring the performance of the due diligence process according to the structured plan (assumptions, deadlines, budget, scope, quality, etc.), supervising the deliveries of the junior team.Supporting the definition of the transaction structure (contractual and corporate), seeking greater adherence to Patria's standard.Ensuring visibility of the senior team into the relevant deal information throughout the investment process.Monitoring the results of the portfolio companies (potentially as an observer at the Boards of Directors), ensuring alignment on the internal reports.Performing divestment activities throughout the portfolio companies' life cycle, generating a recommendation on timing and exit strategy.Monitoring and performing due diligence on the portfolio company's sale process.Developing and/or validating the reports related to the companies in the respective portfolio (if applicable) for the Marketing/IR/Sales team.Training and developing the technical and organizational skills of the team members, aligned with the Career Paths, respecting Patria's and everyone's needs.###### RequirementsBachelor degree completedAt least 4 years of experience in corporate finance (valuation, multiples, etc.) and 2 years of experience in business management (e.g. FP&A).Strong analytical skills.Experience with team leadership.Fluent English.Microsoft Office pack domain.Desirable MBA and Spanish.LI-DNI
