We leverage cutting-edge technology to streamline our processes and are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented analyst to help us maintain our high standards.Position Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and highly analytical Operations Analyst to join our dynamic Middle Office team in Sao Paulo. This pivotal role is the backbone of our U. S. Options Trading business, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of the entire trade lifecycle. You will be a subject matter expert in derivatives operations, taking ownership of complex reconciliation processes for our omnibus client accounts. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive problem-solver to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, technology-driven trading environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end operational workflow for all U. S. exchange-listed options, from trade capture and validation through to clearing, exercise/assignment, and settlement.Perform daily reconciliation of positions, trades, and cash balances between our internal, client-segregated records and the consolidated omnibus accounts held with The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC).Investigate and resolve all reconciliation breaks and trade-related queries from traders, brokers, and other stakeholders in a timely manner.Ensure all operational processes adhere to OCC rules and relevant U. S. regulations (e.g., xf SEC, FINRA).Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and collaborate with technology teams to improve and automate workflows.Assist with the management of collateral movements, regulatory reporting, and internal/external audits.
