Before you apply: REMOTE FROM BRAZIL CVS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH GOOD SPOKEN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED Description We are looking for a Lead iOS Developer who's built and shipped serious apps, made hard technical calls, and taken responsibility when things didn't go to plan.This is a hands-on leadership role.You'll set technical direction, own the iOS architecture, and lead by example from design decisions to App Store releases.You won't just write code - you'll define standards, unblock the team, and raise the quality bar across the entire iOS practice.If you've been the person others turn to when things get complex, you'll feel at home here.What You'll Do Own the iOS technical vision - architecture, patterns, tooling, and best practices Lead development across the full app lifecycle , from concept to App Store and beyond Make clear, pragmatic decisions in ambiguous situations Drive code quality through reviews, standards, and example Mentor and support other iOS developers, helping them grow fast and safely Collaborate closely with product, backend, and design to shape features early Take responsibility for performance, stability, and long-term maintainability What We're Looking For 6+ years of professional iOS development experience Proven experience leading iOS development on one or more production apps Strong portfolio of shipped, maintained apps (you've lived with your decisions) Deep Swift expertise - architecture, performance, and trade-offs Strong understanding of UIKit and SwiftUI, and when to use each End-to-end ownership mindset: UI, domain logic, APIs, analytics, releases Comfortable setting direction, saying no when needed, and defending decisions Experience mentoring developers or acting as a technical reference point How You Work You think in systems, not just screens You challenge assumptions and simplify complexity You own outcomes, not just implementations You lead calmly under pressure and unblock others You optimise for long-term quality, not short-term hacks You care deeply about user experience and app reliability Tech Stack Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine REST APIs, JSON, async/await Core Data, Push Notifications, App Store Connect Git, Fastlane, CI/CD, TestFlight AWS What's In It for You A true lead role with real technical ownership Direct impact on product direction and engineering quality Competitive USD compensation Fully remote, async-first culture built on trust No micromanagement.No politics.Just smart people building real products Space to grow your leadership footprint, not just your codebase
