We are looking for Business Analyst like that to:cooperate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and needsAct as Application Manager, following production support incidents, small enhancements and projects implementationcommunicate with analysts and users across organizationnegotiate with vendors the business requirements and timelinesanalyze requirements and design to specify changes (User Stories) and recommend solutionscollaborate within the Scrum team regarding task priorities, design, implementation, testing and timeframesidentify opportunities to improve and recommend changesmaintain project's documentationYour teamSupport of several business applications, attending business demands from WM and IB business, responsible to implement MERS (Minimum Enterprise Requirements), audit requirements and work on the functional and technical specifications required to start business demands, and direct them to external providers that will do most of the development work.Focus on Vendor applications that support several areas across the bank.Your expertiseability to translate business requirements into functional/technical requirementsgood analytical skills with attention to the detailsgood knowledge in SQL to decrypt database query statements and trace data back to the sourceteamwork, with good communication skills, to support users and manage vendorproject Management experience (project plan, periodic status presentation, coordination of multi-disciplinary teams for SIT, UAT and PROD implementation phases of software deployment)familiarity with IT Governance disciplines (Incident Management, Change Management, etc.)advanced level of English;advanced level of Portuguese for writing , reading and speaking;graduated in Technology, Engineering or correlated courses.About UsUBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
