About Garena:Established in **** and headquartered in Singapore, Garena is a leading online games developer and publisher with a global footprint across more than 130 markets.Garena provides global users access to popular and engaging mobile and PC online games that it develops, curates, and localizes.It champions games as a social and entertainment platform on which its communities can engage and interact.In addition, Garena is a leading esports organizer.It hosts esports events around the world that range from grassroots local tournaments to some of the most viewed professional esports competitions globally.The Free Fire World Series **** Singapore, which was watched by 5.4 million concurrent viewers at its peak, holds the record for the highest concurrent viewership of any esports match in history.About the position:We are looking for aMarketing Analyst/Senior Analyst for Free Firewho will be responsible to lead high-impact marketing campaigns and special projects with autonomy and ownership.This role combines strategic thinking with creativity in a fast-paced, project-based environment where no two days are the same.Ideal for candidates who thrive amid ambiguity, take initiative, and are eager to grow quickly by solving meaningful challenges.If you are a driven person who wants to contribute to the gaming industry, we'd love to work with youMake sure to share your CV in English.Exclusivity contract required.Responsibilities:Campaign Planning:Develop end-to-end marketing campaign plans that align with the overall marketing strategy, grounded in clear rationale and player insights, and bring new innovative ideas.Project Management:Lead campaign execution as project manager, ensuring cross-functional coordination with local teams, global stakeholders, and external partners to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.Performance Analysis:Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI of marketing levers to inform future planning and optimize spend.Player & Product Insight:Develop a deep understanding of the game and its community to bridge global marketing initiatives with authentic, locally relevant insights.Special Projects:Tackle high-priority initiatives to drive innovation and improve team efficiency, often in unstructured or ambiguous problem spaces.Main job requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience or skills are also encouraged to apply;Experience:Solid experienceworking with product marketing, brand management, strategic planning, management consulting, or leadership development programs.Demonstrated experience in project-based, strategic environments and case competitions is a strong plus;Passionfor Gaming:Must be an active gamer and regular consumer of gaming-related content;Languages:Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken;Specific tool skills:Proficient in Excel (e.G., pivot tables, X/VLOOKUP, basic analysis);Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP.
