Senior Software Architecture Leader

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Architecture Leader to take ownership of the technical direction of our web products.This is an active leadership role that combines architecture, coding, and collaboration.You will lead the project team, make key technical decisions, and ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and well-built software.We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with product and design teams.You will be part of a small, talented group focused on creating high-quality tools with real impact.Lead technical design, implementation, and delivery of multiple web applications.Work closely with product and design to turn requirements into structured and maintainable solutions.Write clean, high-quality code using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.Design and optimize databases using PostgreSQL.Create and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS (ECS, EKS, S3, RDS).Mange integrations with external platforms, including SSO and Okta.Ensure best practices in performance, reliability, and security are applied across the stack.Help and mentor other developers, assisting in process improvements and code quality.Required Skills and QualificationsYou should have:Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Technical Lead.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Strong knowledge of full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.Experience with Agile development methodologies.BenefitsAs a member of our team, you can expect:A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.The chance to work on exciting projects and contribute to the company's growth.
