Job DescriptionAre You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelez International?Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking.Make It With Pride.This will be a fixed term 12-month contract with potential of extension.The role offers an exciting opportunity providing end-to-end specification management support for different systems and stakeholder functions.Your responsibilities include building and interpreting technical reports and system design documents, building search reports and end to end testing, planning and implementing assigned processes, taking corrective actions and managing cross category stakeholders.You will use your technology area knowledge to meet the business needs and will work multifunctional stakeholders internally and externally.How you will contributeProvide specification management support to ensure compliance with quality standards and provide technical support for specifications processesWork on continuous improvement initiativesWork across functions on specifications reviews, approvals and change notificationsAbility to work with multiple and diverse stakeholdersEnsure data consistency and completenessManage the PLM Change Request process involving enhancements or new requirements to specification systemsWhat you will bringWorking knowledge of SAP PLM system or similar specification management systemsGood analytical skill and use of tools for data analysisPrioritization skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines consistentlyRequirements:Degree in Data Management, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related scientific disciplineExperience working with SAP PLM (or any other Product Life Cycle Management platform) & SharePointSystem & Process oriented with high level of attention to detailFull- proficiency in English (both written & spoken)Knowledge and experience in developing Power BI dashboards is an added advantageGood Excel skills for data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Excel functionsProven effective communication skills with stakeholdersWorking hours flexibility as this is a global roleNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryOur Latin America region is comprised of four Mondelez International business units: Brazil, México, Southern Cone (which includes Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay) and WACAM (which includes 12 South American countries and the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico); and one stand-alone market: Venezuela.We have approximately 20,000 passionate employees who put in all their energy, hearts and souls to create, market and sell our global iconic brands and beloved local jewels such as Lacta, Field and Terrabusi among others.We are known for our resilience and good humor and live our purpose with passion and commitment.Mondelez International is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation or preference, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Job TypeTemporary (Fixed Term)Data & Specification ManagementProduct Quality, Safety and Compliance
