The Production Manager will oversee the production process, coordinate and plan production schedules, and ensure that products are produced on time and within quality standards.
Additional responsibilities include managing production teams, optimizing workflow and resource allocation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.QualificationsExperience in production management, operations, and workflow optimizationKnowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control standardsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesSolid understanding of manufacturing processes and production planningEffective communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fieldFamiliarity with sustainable production practices is a plus
