We are seeking a highly skilled Software Solutions Provider to join our UK-based team.As a Senior Golang Engineer, you will be responsible for developing backend services in Go and contributing to the design and implementation of scalable software solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop high-quality, maintainable software solutions using expertise in Go and related technologies.Mentor junior engineers and champion coding and architecture best practices.Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including technical specifications and design documents.Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.RequirementsAt least 4 years of professional experience in software development.Strong proficiency in Go (Golang), including syntax, semantics, database connectivity, and object-oriented concepts.Excellent understanding of data structures and algorithms.Experience working with Go frameworks such as Gin, Revel, Echo, Beego, etc.Strong understanding of web services (SOAP, REST, GQL, etc.).Terraform, Lambdas, API development.Relational databases management.Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on-time and often.Effective communication skills, with intermediate English level.Experience working in distributed teams.Nice to HaveKubernetes or EKS experience.Algolia integration.Shopify e-commerce expertise.DynamoDB knowledge.About this role: We're looking for an experienced engineer who can contribute to our team's success.If you have a passion for software development and a strong background in Go, we'd love to hear from you.What we offer: A dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
