Job Title: Senior NetSuite ConsultantLocation: Remote Employment Type: Short-term Contract (8-week)Industry: Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is a strong plusAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Senior NetSuite Consultant with deep functional expertise in Finance & Accounting and strong end-to-end ERP implementation experience.The ideal consultant will be responsible for driving NetSuite solution design, process optimization, and integrations across core business functions.This role will work closely with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to streamline processes and support system enhancements in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead NetSuite functional design and solution architecture for Finance and Accounting workflowsOwn end-to-end implementation and optimization of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processesCollaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, map processes, and configure NetSuite modulesBuild and support integrations between NetSuite and 3rd-party applicationsTroubleshoot issues, manage enhancements, and provide post-deployment supportDevelop functional documentation, SOPs, user training guides, and conduct UATPartner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements and system scalabilitySupport financial close activities, reporting, dashboards, and KPIsParticipate in solution workshops, provide best-practice recommendations, and advise leadership on system capabilitiesMust-Have Qualifications8+ years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or similar ERP roleStrong Finance & Accounting background — understanding of financial statements, GL, AP/AR, costing, revenue, month-end close, etc.Hands-on experience with OTC and P2P business process flows and integrationsProven experience leading NetSuite implementations or major enhancement projectsAbility to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with business stakeholders effectivelyNice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Record-to-Report (R2R) and Warehouse Management (WM) in NetSuiteExperience in the CPG industry — supply chain, inventory, demand planning exposureNetSuite certification(s) highly preferredFamiliarity with SuiteScript or SuiteFlow is beneficial
