Job Title: Regional Operations DirectorWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Director to lead our team in Brazil.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership, and team coordination.The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the local operational team, managing daily work of service providers, and communicating with clients to resolve incidents, clarify needs, and collect feedback.Additionally, the Regional Operations Director will contribute to planning and monitor achievement of financial KPIs, ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.To succeed in this role, you will need to have legal residence in Brazil, fluency in Portuguese and English or Russian, and proven experience in project management and team leadership.About the Role:Team Coordination: Coordinate and support the performance of the local operational team.Daily Work Management: Manage and oversee daily work of local service providers.Client Communication: Communicate with clients to resolve incidents, clarify needs, and collect feedback.Financial Planning: Contribute to planning and monitor achievement of financial KPIs.
