About this roleOur organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to oversee financial operations and provide strategic insights to support business growth.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and leadership, with experience in managing financial systems, processes, and reporting.They will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, implementing strong controls, and supporting decision-making with timely analysis.This role requires a hands-on approach, where the successful candidate will manage day-to-day financial activities while designing systems to drive long-term success.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledgerPreparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManaging cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to support business expansionEnsuring compliance with tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirementsImplementing and improving financial systems, policies, and proceduresPartnering with leadership to track performance and profitabilityProviding detailed financial analysis and reporting to inform business decisionsRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldValid registration with a recognized professional body (e.g., CPA)At least 5-7 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a similar industryStrong knowledge of full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and internal controlsExperience with U.S. GAAP or IFRS reporting standardsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling and reportingExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Preferred qualifications include:U.S. CPA license or progress toward certificationExperience working with U.S.-based companies or international operationsGrowth opportunities abound in this role, as you will play a key part in shaping our financial foundation and contributing to our continued growth and success.
