We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to take on the challenge of extracting insights from large volumes of complex data and help solve problems.This professional will be responsible for constructing narratives that assist business colleagues in making informed decisions.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, as well as a solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts and superior organizational skills.The primary goal of this position is to work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and identify data sources, then cleanse and massage data into the shape required, creating reports and dashboards to meet requirements.The key responsibilities include:Developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing dataProviding technical training and maintaining the operational environmentMaintaining and processing SQL Server SPs and queriesThe requirements for this role include:At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing dataA strong understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, as well as at least 1 year of previous work experience using Tableau
