What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with clients to define project goals, scope, and deliverables
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments
Provide expert guidance and best practices in project management methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting or R&D
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
Previous consulting experience with a focus on R&D
Advanced degree in a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
